The shell is ABS, built to handle real impact, and underneath it a high-density EPS foam layer does the actual energy-absorbing work. The interior is lined in COOLMAX fabric, which pulls sweat away from your skin instead of trapping it, so the helmet still feels dry after an hour in traffic.
