Built from durable ABS plastic and sized to fit in one hand at roughly 135 x 50 x 35 mm (5.3 x 2.0 x 1.4 in) and 89 g (3.1 oz), the Orenta meter is made to travel with you — the kitchen today, the garage or a caravan tomorrow. A large LCD screen sits front and centre, showing a live carbon monoxide reading in PPM alongside the current temperature, switchable between °C and °F at the press of a button.

- Continuous CO monitoring — the sensor reads ambient carbon monoxide levels the whole time the unit is powered on, not just at a single spot check.
- Built-in audible alarm — sounds automatically once CO concentration reaches the preset 24 PPM threshold, and that point is adjustable.
- Auto power-off — the unit shuts itself down after a period of inactivity, so a forgotten battery isn't a forgotten cost.
Setting it up
Insert three AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included) to power the unit, then read CO concentration and temperature straight off the large display. Switch between °C and °F depending on what you're used to, and place or carry the meter in whichever space you want monitored — it keeps measuring continuously in the background.
